Delivery Areas

  • Standard delivery is available in metro areas across Australia.

  • Regional and remote areas may incur an additional delivery fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5 – 9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Express Delivery

  • Express delivery is not available Australia-wide.

  • Express delivery is only available within Sydney metro and applies to selected, limited products only.

  • Assembly service can be provided at the same time for an additional fee.
  • Express delivery is handled by our own delivery team, not third-party couriers.
  • Availability depends on stock location and product size.

  • To request express delivery, please message us or email kmnastore@gmail.com before placing your order so we can confirm eligibility and pricing.

Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Partners

  • Standard delivery is carried out by third-party courier companies such as Hunter Express, Team Global Express, Allied Express, Aramex Australia, Australia Post, and other reputable carriers.

  • The delivery company used will be selected based on the product’s size, weight, and delivery location to ensure safe and efficient shipment.

 

Multiple Boxes & Large Items

  • Some products are shipped in multiple boxes and may be delivered separately.

  • Boxes may arrive on different days depending on courier handling.

 

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor / building entrance only, unless otherwise specified.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access is available at the delivery address.

 

Missed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or no access, re-delivery fees may apply.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery.

  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
